Hayley is an American actor and singer. People are familiar with her because of her role as Erica Goldberg on the popular TV show 'The Goldbergs.' But, she is primarily an artist. Since she was 9 years older, she started exploring music. As she grew to 12 old, music was taken seriously enough that she began professional training. Following a few attempts at songwriting, she only recorded her album of music covers when she was 14. And the rest is history. Orrantia is a native of America, has Hispanic roots. She is a native of Hispanic roots even though she only spoke English when she was a kid and her whole life was in the USA. Her aim is to preserve it by creating Spanish songs and studying the language. "Hasta Verte," which that she wrote in Spanish is an example of this. Orrantia tried out for The X Factor in 2011. The Orrantia's YouTube video was selected and she got four "yeses", or votes, from the judges at the Seattle audition. The first time she auditioned, she was an individual performer. However, in the course of "Hollywood Week" and three other female performers were placed in groups to take part in the auditions. They were eliminated in the fifth week in the live show.
